RESULTS SYSTEM  ·  Curriculum

The six-course path

The Results System is built on six sequential courses. Each one installs the mental and technical capacities the next one needs.

The order is functional, not decorative. Courses are not skipped, compressed, renamed, or treated as independent self-help modules.

01

Foundation

Awareness · Honesty · Accuracy

Before behavior can improve, it has to become visible.

Course 1 introduces behavioral truth and begins the move from assumption to recorded evidence. You learn to observe what you actually commit to and what you actually complete, without turning the record into justification, punishment, or performance.

Primary capacity installed

Accurate behavioral observation

Core practices and resources

  • Baseline reference
  • Results Journal
  • Daily Results Practice
  • Early Integrity Percentage awareness
  • Foundational instructional sequence

02

Changing the Mind

Beliefs · Identity · Emotional Regulation

Behavior does not occur in a mental vacuum.

Course 2 examines the beliefs, identity structures, emotional associations, and internal patterns that shape execution. You complete the Defining Character work, create a Results Character List, compile your Results Identity, and learn to use Instant Access when emotional activation interferes with action.

Primary capacity installed

A mental foundation that supports execution

Core practices and resources

  • Belief transformation work
  • Defining Character process
  • Results Character List
  • Results Identity Builder
  • Identity Activation Statements
  • Instant Access

Stabilization

Consistency Without Motivation

The ordinary weeks are where the system proves itself.

When excitement fades, that is not evidence the system has failed. It is the environment in which stability begins to form. Course 3 teaches you to keep running the system through ordinary, emotionally flat, inconvenient, or imperfect periods, and introduces the Weekly Results Practice.

Primary capacity installed

Continuation when motivation is no longer carrying the behavior

Core practices and resources

  • Continued Daily Results Practice
  • Weekly Results Practice
  • Pattern recognition
  • One-adjustment rule
  • Results Check-in RC30-Day

Execution

Structure · Measurement · Emotional Neutrality

Important results must eventually occupy real time.

Course 4 places the installed practices into a fuller execution structure. You move results into time, work within real constraints, examine schedule adherence, and use expanded measurement without turning the numbers into a verdict. This course contains the central execution window of your first twelve-week cycle.

Primary capacity installed

Measurable, scheduled, identity-aligned execution

Core practices and resources

  • Schedule Planner
  • Results Scoreboard
  • Experience Points
  • Expanded Integrity Percentage review
  • RC60-Day Stabilization Check
  • RC90-Day Identity Embodiment and Sprint Reset Authorization
  • Twelve-week execution structure

Environment & Integration

Environmental Leverage · Reduced Friction

Your environment influences behavior, but it does not replace responsibility.

Your environment can make a behavior harder or make it easier to repeat. Course 5 teaches you to examine physical, digital, and social conditions once the core mental and behavioral practices are installed, and to change them one measurable step at a time.

Primary capacity installed

Deliberate environmental support for established behavior

Core practices and resources

  • Environmental Audit Toolkit
  • Friction identification
  • Leverage identification
  • One-change-at-a-time protocol
  • Reversible, measurable environmental experiments
  • Integration with the Results Identity and existing practices

Long-Term Operating System

Autonomy · Maintenance · Intelligent Reruns

The objective is not permanent dependence. The objective is autonomous execution.

The final course prepares you to run the Results System without permanent external support. You learn to maintain the core practices, read your own evidence, reset intelligently, choose future results, and begin additional sprint cycles on your own.

Primary capacity installed

Autonomous operation

Core practices and resources

  • Sprint Reset protocol
  • Future twelve-week reruns
  • Practice maintenance
  • Results selection
  • Autonomous execution cycle
  • Returning to specific course material when the evidence shows it is needed

Every participant begins with the Foundation.

There is no placement test to bypass the foundational work. Prior knowledge, ambition, or previous success does not substitute for clean behavioral evidence inside the Results System. The sequence protects the integrity of everything that follows.
