Course 3 of 6
Stabilization
Consistency Without Motivation
Most attempts at change feel easier while the goal is new.
Course 3 begins where novelty stops being reliable.
You continue the Daily Results Practice when the work feels repetitive, progress looks quiet, or motivation is no longer providing emotional momentum.
This is not a dead period. It is the period in which behavior begins to depend less on mood.
Weekly Results Practice
Course 3 introduces the Weekly Results Practice (WRP). The WRP helps you consolidate recorded behavior and identify a meaningful execution pattern.
It is not an invitation to rewrite your identity every week, build an inflated new plan, process every emotion in the journal, excuse missed commitments, or make several major changes at once.
The Weekly Results Practice asks you to read the evidence and choose one focused structural adjustment.
Flat weeks are not failure
A week does not need to feel inspiring to be useful. A quiet week is evidence that you are learning to continue without novelty.
The system is getting stronger when behavior remains possible after the emotional excitement decreases.
RC30-Day — Installation Check
RC30-Day evaluates whether the initial behavioral practices have been installed well enough to continue. It is an evidence gate, not an automatic thirty-day promotion.
The checkpoint examines the applicable recorded requirements and the required course completion. If the requirements have not yet been met, you keep running the system and accumulating evidence. Nothing needs to be erased or dramatized.
Why this course matters
The ability to begin is common. The ability to continue without emotional reinforcement is rarer. Course 3 builds that capacity.
Course 3 builds on everything before it.
Course 3 becomes available once the prior courses and their evidence requirements are complete.
