The Results Identity Builder does not assemble an identity from generic affirmations. Its source is your completed Defining Character work.

• strong internal drivers;
• meaningful emotional rewards; and
• the character traits required for execution.

The Results Character List

You identify the traits your chosen results require. These are not decorative personality labels. They become practical standards against which future behavior can be examined.

The Results Identity

The Results Identity translates the completed mental work into operating instructions for behavior. It helps you answer: what would this identity do? Which trait is required here? Is my declared result aligned with the person I am installing? What evidence would show that the identity is becoming real?

Identity supports execution. It does not substitute for execution.

Instant Access

Instant Access is used when you are emotionally triggered and the resulting state interferes with useful action. It helps restore a usable internal state and reconnect you with your established Results Identity.

Instant Access is logged when used, but it does not by itself create Experience Points, alter Integrity Percentage, or advance a Results Check-in.

Why this course matters

People often try to force new behavior through willpower while keeping the beliefs and identity patterns that make the behavior hard to sustain.

Course 2 brings those mental structures into view and reorganizes them in service of the result you have chosen.
