Course 1 of 6

Foundation

Awareness · Honesty · Accuracy

Before you can change a pattern, you must be able to see it.

Course 1 establishes the behavioral truth on which the rest of the Results System depends.

You begin using the Results Journal and Daily Results Practice to record the relationship between commitment and execution.

The objective is not immediate perfection. The objective is accuracy.

You learn to separate

  • what you intended from what you completed;
  • what you remember from what you recorded;
  • effort from completion;
  • explanation from evidence; and
  • self-judgment from useful observation.

Why this course matters

Without accurate data, people tend to decide based on selective memory, emotional interpretation, or an idealized picture of their behavior.

Course 1 creates a clean starting point. When your behavior becomes visible, it becomes possible to improve it intelligently.

What you begin practicing

The Results Journal. Your central system of record.

The Daily Results Practice. A morning declaration and an evening completion record.

Behavioral truth. The ability to state what occurred without exaggeration, erasure, shame, or excuse.

Integrity Percentage. A mathematical view of the alignment between morning-declared results and completed results. Integrity is information, not a moral judgment.

What Course 1 does not require

You are not expected to redesign your identity, master your emotions, optimize your environment, or schedule every part of your life at once.

The system introduces those capacities in sequence. Course 1 asks you to begin with truth.

Completion

Course 1 must be completed before Course 2 becomes available. Progression is governed by the required learning and the recorded completion standard.

This is where everyone starts.

No prerequisites and no placement test. Course 1 asks you to begin with truth.
