These marks identify the source of the educational and behavioral-training services offered by Results Are Sexy Inc.

Permitted and prohibited use

No program content may be copied, recorded, reproduced, republished, transmitted, sold, sublicensed, distributed, publicly displayed, used to train another program, or used to create derivative commercial materials without prior written authorization from Results Are Sexy Inc., except as permitted by applicable law.

Enrollment or account access provides a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use authorized materials for the participant’s own educational purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the program, software, curriculum, terminology, or intellectual property.
