RESULTS SYSTEM  ·  Who It Is For

Is the Results System right for you?

The Results System is designed for people who want meaningful change and are willing to participate in a structured, sequential, evidence-based process.

It does not require perfect execution. It does require honesty, participation, and a willingness to learn from what your behavior reveals.

It may be right for you if

  • you repeatedly set goals but struggle to maintain execution;
  • motivation helps you begin but does not help you continue;
  • you have consumed personal-development information in the past without creating stable behavioral change;
  • you want to understand the beliefs and identity patterns behind your behavior;
  • you want practical emotional-regulation tools;
  • you need help converting priorities into realistic scheduled action;
  • you want a truthful behavioral record;
  • you value measurement without shame;
  • you are willing to follow a sequence rather than skip ahead;
  • you want guided installation followed by greater independence; or
  • you want a system you can apply repeatedly to future results.

It may not be right for you if

  • you want passive access to videos without completing the practices;
  • you are looking only for motivation or inspiration;
  • you want automatic credit for intention or effort;
  • you do not want to record your behavior;
  • you want to skip foundational courses;
  • you expect the system to make decisions or take actions for you;
  • you want guaranteed outcomes; or
  • you need medical or psychological treatment rather than an educational behavioral-training program.

The program can be used alongside necessary medical or psychological treatment. Check with your medical provider first.

A clear exchange.

What the system asks of you

You will be asked to:

  • choose meaningful results;
  • tell the truth about your execution;
  • complete the required learning;
  • use the Results Journal;
  • follow the Daily and Weekly Results Practices;
  • respect the distinction between emotion and evidence;
  • let the system introduce tools progressively;
  • review patterns without attacking yourself;
  • make controlled adjustments; and
  • take responsibility for applying what you learn.

What the system gives you

You receive:

  • a coherent mental and technical framework;
  • six sequential courses;
  • guided instructional videos;
  • structured participant practices;
  • a Results Journal;
  • identity-development tools;
  • state-support tools;
  • scheduling and measurement tools;
  • evidence-based checkpoints;
  • environmental-design methods; and
  • a pathway toward autonomous operation.

You do not need to arrive as the finished version of yourself.

You need to be willing to begin truthfully and continue sequentially from there.
