Course 4 of 6
Execution
Structure · Measurement · Emotional Neutrality
Course 4 expands your execution structure.
The Daily Results Practice and Weekly Results Practice continue, but commitments are now placed more deliberately into time and read through additional evidence displays.
Schedule Planner
The Schedule Planner is not a general productivity calendar. It is a constraint tool. It asks you to determine when a declared result will occur within the actual limits of your day and week.
Within the system: if a result has not been scheduled once the Schedule Planner is active, it has not yet become a complete time-bound commitment.
The schedule must be realistic, identity-aligned, and recorded in the Results Journal.
Results Scoreboard
The Results Scoreboard displays behavioral trends: Daily Results Practice completion, Weekly Results Practice completion, Integrity Percentage, schedule adherence, and Experience Point accumulation.
The Scoreboard exists to improve visibility. It is not a ranking of personal worth.
Experience Points
Experience Points measure how consistently you run designated parts of the system. They accumulate over time and do not reset or decrease.
Experience Points do not measure effort, talent, or the importance of a result. They do not change Integrity Percentage, determine Results Check-in outcomes, or authorize course progression. They provide a visible record of participation consistency.
RC60-Day — Stabilization Check
RC60-Day examines whether the practices and execution patterns have become stable enough within the applicable evidence window.
RC90-Day — Identity Embodiment and Sprint Reset Authorization
RC90-Day examines whether you have produced enough evidence of identity-aligned and scheduled execution to close the first cycle and prepare for the next. It may include schedule-adherence requirements alongside the other behavioral and course-completion evidence.
The first twelve-week execution loop
Course 4 contains the principal execution window of the first twelve-week system-installation cycle.
The objective is not to finish the Results System forever in twelve weeks. The objective is to complete the first full loop with enough evidence to reset intelligently and continue.
Course 4 builds on everything before it.
Course 4 becomes available once the prior courses and their evidence requirements are complete.
