Autonomous operation includes the ability to

• select a meaningful result;
• clarify what completion means;
• identify the identity and behavioral requirements;
• maintain the Daily Results Practice;
• complete the Weekly Results Practice;
• use Instant Access when genuinely triggered;
• schedule commitments;
• read Scoreboard patterns;
• conduct Results Check-ins;
• evaluate environmental friction;
• reset the sprint intelligently; and
• return to relevant instructional material when reinforcement is needed.

An intelligent reset

An intelligent reset is a reset the evidence supports. Rather than starting over from scratch or abandoning the system when a cycle ends, you read your own record and decide what to carry forward, what to reinforce, and what to change.

Rerunning part of the system is a deliberate decision made from evidence, not a punishment and not a sign that the first cycle failed.

Maintenance does not mean rigidity

Autonomy is not blind repetition. You learn to distinguish between:

• a practice that should remain active;
• a tool that is used only when triggered;
• a structural adjustment supported by evidence;
• an unnecessary reinvention caused by discomfort; and
• a legitimate reason to rerun or reinforce part of the system.

Sprint reruns

Future twelve-week sprints let you apply the installed operating system to additional results. The underlying cycle stays the same: select, declare, schedule, execute, record, review, validate, reset.

The individual result may change. The operating principles remain stable.

The final objective

The Results System succeeds when you can keep producing truthful evidence and intelligent adjustments without permanent external supervision.

The trainer is removed. The behavior remains. Autonomy is the end state.
